Forward the booking, or type it the way you'd tell a friend. The assistant fills in the guest and the stay, and checks with you before anything is saved.

Market other people's units? Stavore tracks the commission.
Most hosting apps don't understand “I market your unit, you pay me KSh 200 a night”. Stavore grew out of the logbook a Voi host-agent uses every day for seven units.

Questions hosts ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every business starts on the Free plan, and you can try Plus free for 14 days whenever you're ready: tap "Try Plus free" in the app. You don't need a card or M-Pesa. Each business gets one trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pay, your business moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you keep 5 active units, all your records, and this month's and last month's main figures. Upgrade any time to get everything back.
How do I pay?
By card or M-Pesa, on Paystack's secure payment page: US$10 a month, or US$100 a year, which is 2 months free. Each payment covers a month or a year. We email you before it runs out, and you keep Plus for 3 more days if you're late.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Stavore runs in your phone's browser, in light or dark. Add it to your home screen to open it in one tap. It works on a computer too.
How does logging by WhatsApp work?
On Plus, link your phone in Settings → AI assistant, then send a booking the way you'd write it to a friend. The assistant replies with what it understood and saves the stay only when you reply YES. It works in the app and on Telegram today, and on WhatsApp as soon as Meta approves our number.
I market units for other owners. Does Stavore handle commission?
Yes. Set each unit's commission (per night, a percentage of the booking, or per booking) and Stavore works it out on every stay. Plus shows what owners owe you and what you hold for them, and makes a monthly statement for each owner.
Can my caretaker use it?
On Plus, up to 5 people can share a business. Give caretakers and cleaners the staff role: they can log stays and expenses but can't see your money, owner payouts or guests' ID numbers.
Is my guests' data safe?
Each business's records are kept apart, and only your team can see them. ID numbers are optional, hidden from staff and erased automatically after the stay if you choose. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Can I bring my old records?
Yes. Upload your Excel sheet (or a CSV, or a download from Google Sheets) of past stays, guests, expenses or assets. Stavore works out what each column holds, fills in the rest, and asks you about anything unclear before saving, on any plan. You can export everything again at any time.
Does Stavore help with KRA?
Stavore keeps the records KRA asks for: M-Pesa codes, eTIMS invoice numbers, and income and expenses by month. It also shows how much to set aside for tax. It doesn't file returns for you, so share the exports with your accountant.
